Jay R Modi

Mr. Modi is Co-Founder, Director and CEO of the OmniArch Group of Companies. Mr. Modi provides strategic leadership and guidance over all aspects of the Firms operations including investments, management, and disposition of the assets acquired. Mr. Modi has previously led successful investments in commercial real estate acquisitions and negotiations, residential developments, residential rental properties and raising investor capital for strategic investments. Prior to co-founding OmniArch, Mr. Modi held the positions of President at Jarmin Investments Inc., and director of Chef & O Inc., a national Canadian organic foods manufacturer. Mr. Modi has experience and successes in the growth and management of both domestic and international business operations, holds Advisory positions on Socially Responsible Charitable Donation Corporations and Investment Firms. Mr Modi also holds a position on the Board of the Western Exempt Market Association.

Raj Singh

Co-Founder, Mr Singh participates in the review of investment opportunities and the negotiation and structuring of deal flow. Mr. Singh held the position of Business Development Manager at Enerflex ,Director, Business Development at Exterran and most recently, VP Sales of NGC. Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, Insurance and Risk Management from the University of Calgary and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Queens University.

Arti Modi

Co-Founder Ms. Modi is responsible for Finance and Administration for OmniArch and is responsible for the financial oversight of the firm. Prior to founding OmniArch, Ms. Modi held the position of Vice President for Jarmin Investments Inc., a private real estate firm. Ms. Modi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary. Ms. Modi participates in an advisory capacity for a handful of private businesses and holds a position on the Board of 982 Media Corporation, a Canadian media corporation involved in North American media financing.

David Crain, CMA

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Crain manages the company's financial interests including development of financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. With more than 20 years of financial management experience in both the corporate for-profit and charitable non-profit sectors, Mr. Crain brings significant experience to OmniArch. Prior to joining OmniArch, Mr. Crain served as Senior Director, Finance and Shared Services for the University of Calgary's Development Office. Previously, Mr. Crain worked at Business Travel International (BTI) Canada as Controller of the company's federal government travel service business segment before being promoted to Director of Strategic Planning and Analysis for all BTI Canada business segments. Mr. Crain is a member of the Certified Management Accountants of Alberta (CMA).

Trevor Cochrane

Mr. Cochrane is Chief Executive Officer of the Cochrane Group Inc., which he founded in 1974. For over 30 years, Mr. Cochrane has provided general management and technical direction to a multidisciplinary group of engineering, architectural and development companies, with offices in five provinces as well as international operations. Mr. Cochrane is experienced in start-ups, mergers and acquisitions and has participated in over 25 transactions where co-investors have included SNC Lavalin, Enron, Grupo Marhnos and ShelterCorp. Mr. Cochrane holds BSc Engineering from University of Saskatchewan and is a member of several business and professional organizations including the World Presidents Organization.

Daniel Horner

Mr Horner is a Director & General Legal Counsel of OmniArch Capital Corporation. Mr Horner is responsible for legal review of all materials produced by OmniArch, legal structure of OmniArch Investments and legal securities compliance with applicable jurisdictions throughout Canada and Internationally. Mr. Horner is currently a partner in the law firm of Scott Venturo LLP, in Calgary, Alberta, and carries on a corporate law practice, including significant real estate acquisitions, development and financing. Mr. Horner has been a practicing lawyer in the Calgary area for over 17 years and currently sits as a Director for a number of Corporations. Mr. Horner attended the University of Saskatchewan and obtained his Bachelor of Commerce, with a Finance Major, in 1991 and his Bachelor of Laws in 1992. Mr Horner holds Advisory and Director positions within various investment firms and private businesses.

Mark Aarvig

Mr. Aarvig is the Chief Investment Officer for OmniArch’s asset backed and fixed income funds. Mr Aarvig arrived from Impac Companies where he was in charge of modelling and pricing securitizations, analyzing performance as well as managing prepayment, loss, and delinquency assumptions. Before joining Impac, Mr. Aarvig was a senior analyst with Aames Financial where he modeled subprime, prime fixed and prime arm securitizations as well as modelled various risk assumptions related to those transactions. Mr Aarvig holds a wealth of experience and knowledge within the asset backed bond & securities markets.

Craig Chang

Craig Chang is the Chief Technology officer for OmniArch’s asset backed and fixed income funds. Previously, Mr. Chang was Chief Technology Officer of Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc. in Irvine, CA. At Impac; Mr. Chang was responsible for all technology operations and systems supporting Impac's mortgage origination, acquisitions and securitization operations. Mr. Chang was also President and CEO of C.T. Exchanges Corporation which is a top five independent distributor of high-end telecommunication equipment and most recently was responsible for Quick REO Capital's daily operations.

Davis Zhang

Davis Zhang is Vice President of Business Development for the Asian Markets, P.Eng. M.Eng. Mr. Zhang's prior experience includes performing engineering economics and feasibility studies (1989 to 2005) for Petro-China, a Large Cap Public Corporation. Mr Zhang has previously led Joint-Venture partnerships between Canadian and Asian companies. His personal financial and investment experience began in 2001 dealing with multiple structured investments including UDI’s, Limited Partnerships, Bonds, Debentures, Real Estate Transactions, Oil and Gas & Green Energy related investments.

Nirdeep Grewal, CA, CGA

Ms. Grewal is the Controller for the OmniArch Group of Companies and as such, is responsible for the accounting functions and reporting. Ms. Grewal is highly qualified holding both a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation as well as a Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation. Ms. Grewal also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Manitoba. Ms. Grewal brings more than 8 years of accounting experience both with her accounting knowledge relating to investments from her past work experience with a large Canadian insurance company as well as over 4 years of audit experience in public practice. Ms. Grewal also is involved within the community as a volunteer board member of her local community association and for a non-profit organization.

Dori Cesario

As Head of the Administration Department, Mrs. Cesario provides administrative support for OmniArch, the Management team and the Investors. Mrs. Cesario is responsible for maintaining and processing of investor records and files. With over 15 years of Supervising of Accounting, Accounting Technician and Office Management, Mrs Cesario brings her accounting and office experience to OmniArch. Prior to joining OmniArch Capital Group, Mrs Cesario was the Accounting Supervisor with Morguard Investments Ltd. and prior to that Accounting/Office Manager at Southland Transportation Ltd.
